Crane was oscillating when swinging to the left.
Only was happening when it was cold.
Changed out encoder.
Need snap ring pliers and lots of zip ties to do it. Took about 1.5 hours
Transformer wiring
Internally, H1 to Black on output cord and H10 to White on output cord. Green to ground and red goes to nothing.
Externally on output cord end, red is X, black is Y, white is W and green to ground
Potain 27148 – shutdown immediately after start up
Igo T 85 where drives immediately shut down at start up. Left drive (hoist) shows TNF and right drive (trolley) shows USF, swap leads at generator (ie swap red/white or black/red). It is out of phase

Turn remote off and then hold start button next to screen when you turn on
Should come up so you can change groups

Trolley tension device not working
Inner trolley cable was coming off of the drum.
Tried multiple things and tightened trolley rope.
Replaced one bearing in auto tension device.
Found trolley rope to be out of sheave where jib fold up. Look in manual for correct reeving of trolley rope
Honking Horn during known weight on scaling
Scaled crane and went to do known load and horn just started honking.
Had 4 tower sections in and 45 degree avoidance on in the scaling process. You can’t have 45 degree avoidance on with 4 tower section in unless you have central ballast.
Went back in and put x through 45 degree avoidance and it worked fine and was able to finish scaling

Went through scaling for crane and once in verification screen and hit ok horn honks continuously.
Then moved trolley back to min setting 3 m from tower and moved to next screen and hit min radius and it shut off
Emergency stop on the crane
Started up the crane had power on the remote and the drives but no function.
Found emergency stop on front of the panel to be off.

Was getting fault on trolley motor drive OPH Looked and found wires all to be broken at connection at motor.
