On P62US (same as P62B) anchors, tapered pins (longer of the 2 pins, 60mm and 59mm) go through spigot and template (tower). These will be the bottom tower pins. Straight pins (59mm) go through anchor and spigot.
Measure the pins and fishplates )spigots) to be sure. Also check for which holes to use on the template.

For Schneider Electric (Telemechanique) contactors, press down on the top of the contactor and pull the bottom off the rail, then lift up off the rail. For installation, slide the top over the rail, and press down to snap the bottom on and release.

You can break this down by the identification codes at the end of circuit diagrams, but also find this code specifically in manual under “Safety device “Emergency – Stop”
Door switch contact was open. Zip tie used to bypass switch had slipped off

K600M contactor was not energizing
Crane will not swing at start up, but will kick out of weathervane. Manually lift swing brake and attempt swing again, and crane will swing normally, however will not brake normally.
Look for +20VDC at V100F, and verified. Look for +20VDC at K600M #7 and verified. Found no voltage at K600M #8. Although contactor was energized, contacts were not closed. Replace K600M.
**Note** this was specifically on a Hup 32-27 which only has 1 swing motor. Condition may be different with 2 swing motors on Hup 40-30
While Programming the CCS for Top Zone on Submenu (66) the crane will not accept the 10 digit Activation code. And will not change from (Zone not activated) to (Zone activated). The crane doesn’t know its serial number. You need to go to Submenu (60 Mounting then to Serial) then put in the serial number. Once you put the serial number in you need to go back to the Top Zone programming in the CCS and follow the steps in reprogramming the Top Zone.
To activate Top Zone go to page 5-171 in your operators manual and follow the steps, to be able to set your Zones. After activating Top Zone in the CCS, you need to go in to teachin-program on your remote and set your degree point. Then you should be able to create your Zones.
Remote won’t start crane just saying search link on led screen on remote. couple of steps to try to get the remote to link up with crane.
