Manual shows error at current supply to Slew Drive. Crane was running on a new generator (14 hours) and failed. United Rentals came out and put a load bank on the generator and its working again.
There are 2 antenna connections on the top of the receiver. The red antenna (Gainflex) goes on the right. It is for sending feedback for the display on the remote.

Hoist and slew would work, but no trolley. Obf was displayed on trolley drive. Found trolley discharge resistor was damaged and broken. Ultimately, was an input power problem that damaged trolley resistor.
When trying to telescope up, horn would honk. Would go down, but not up. Went through erection aid and all looked good. Needed to readjust brake microswitch on telescoping drum.
Adjust microswitch by loosening locking nut and running down adjustment screw until “H” light comes on in CAN Open module (U213X). Back off screw, just until the light goes off.
Customer called and said stopped mid-pick while trolleying. Customer was able to hoist and swing, but no trolley. Lowered load and cleared the hook. Drive showed FST.
Went to Erection Screen and all sensors and switches were open. The thought was that we lost +24V from transformer. Customer went to get a meter, but didn’t work. Got a 2nd meter and turned crane back on. Erection Aid read correctly. Trolley drive was flickering between FST and RDY. Disconnected G33, and drive went to RDY. Power cycled the crane and all works at this time.
Key switch off, push down e stop. Hold Jog Dial in and turn on key.
