Crane won’t go to 100% moment and load. Can’t change it from 99% to 100% on the display for your maximum moment and load. Need to go to the CCT U246X and put in your tech code then go change the moment and load to 100% then you can go change it on the display in teach in and crane configuration. To access it on The CCT

Need to make sure you pull down on the cable that is attached to the jib release pin while folding up jib. It can get stuck and not slide properly and will bend plate. Which won’t latch properly.
When trying to fold the jib out it would stop and throw an error on the remote E 2651. Which means Torque limit motor reached. When using the motor it was putting out 11 to 15 amps before kicking out. A good motor at full speed puts out 5to 8 amps while working properly. You can find your amp pull right on the drive +k-T1. Replaced aux motor and was drawing 7 amps
Crane was fully erected had jib retaining pin engaged and button pushed to validate crane. Switched it to C4 no functions switched it back to C3 got functions back. In erection aid S916S was flashing and S910S was flashing. Crane had a Jumper in between G25 and G27 Pulled jumper erection aid went from S916S flashing to S918S fixed which erection aid is reading jib retaining pin is locked. After switching to C4 S910S was still flashing need to switch back to C3 and put your toggle on your remote to mast and re validate jib retaining pin then switch to C4 then had all functions.
trolley on display had a ??? Which made AMCs not work. Wires were pulled out of 3 and 5 on the analog on processor
While Programming the CCS for Top Zone on Submenu (66) the crane will not accept the 10 digit Activation code. And will not change from (Zone not activated) to (Zone activated). The crane doesn’t know its serial number. You need to go to Submenu (60 Mounting then to Serial) then put in the serial number. Once you put the serial number in you need to go back to the Top Zone programming in the CCS and follow the steps in reprogramming the Top Zone.
To activate Top Zone go to page 5-171 in your operators manual and follow the steps, to be able to set your Zones. After activating Top Zone in the CCS, you need to go in to teachin-program on your remote and set your degree point. Then you should be able to create your Zones.
Remote won’t start crane just saying search link on led screen on remote. couple of steps to try to get the remote to link up with crane.
