Hoist immediately kicking out on HUP
The operator starts crane and all functions work except hoist. When he tries to hoist drive throws TJF Fault.
The voltage on the generator is at 500 V had him turn it down to 480V restart the crane and it all works fine

Replacing Receiver for Radio Remote
When replacing the radio remote receiver on HUP, had to go into CCS and enter address and group of transmitter (radio remote).
When you turn on the remote, the screen stays on the page showing group and address. Go to Mounting>Configuration>Radio Control (6-2-6) and enter both group and address. Once complete press ENTER and look for the check mark. ESC, ESC, ESC and press start button
Hup Computer Reset
When 24V system shorted out, computer reset to 00/00/00 and 00:00.
Go into system date to set time and date, and then can change General Preferences to region time.
HUP’s using G25 or Dasoon Generators
Need to follow the directions on how to turn off the 3130 Error Code on the swing drive.
Must be at that stage of erection and switch to work mode on the remote. Go into the drive and get to the 31.21 screen switch remote back to erection and you have to switch it from 1 to zero before it kicks you out.
