Removed 5M jib section and needed to change the settings in the crane
Go to teach in Progress Pass 1234
Go to crane type
Turn off remote and and then back on and you need to push both enter on PCL and start button on remote at the same time. This will end you into the crane configuration screen where you can change jib length and or Type of Crane is for some reason it is reading T70A
To adjust the micro switch on the auxiliary winch you need to back bolt off until when you just push on the brake you get continuity on 92 and 96 on the G strip. This releases the break on the telescoping motor while you are using the jib retaining winch.

We don’t have procedure because it’s done by the motors supplier.
But you can do it with an ohmmeter:
– You put the ohmmeter on the contact.
– You open the brake manually with K939M
– You adjust the contact until the ohmmeter change
– You release the brake and you give ¼ turn more to the adjustment.
– You lock the adjustment of the contact
Replacing the Telescoping winch Micro Switch to the Jib Retaining Winch and resetting for proper function:
Remove the motor cover.
Remove the micro switch (held in place with two small slotted screws)
Replace the microswitch and back off the locking adjustment screw
Wire switch into the junction box on the top of the motor with new connectors
Screw in locking adjustment screw on the micros switch until the LED on position H of U213X lights up.
Back off the adjusting screw on the microswitch just until the LED on position H turns off
then Lock the adjusting screw down.
Test for correct function and replace motor cover.
Trolley not running smooth and making metal on metal sounds. The way that the trolley is pulled make the inner drivers side one wear out and needs to be replaced.
Operator called and said crane won’t move. Turns out he turned the key in control panel for the 125% test. This erases the scaling data. What you have to do is turn scaling key and go through and make sure everything is check marked and then a check mark at the end and hit enter. Once this is complete you can switch switch out of scaling and it will work.
Operator called and said it won’t swing left or right. Was in dead area of swing limit switch and must of got there while in weather vain. Jumpered 9 and 9A and swung to the left and got out of the limit and worked fine. 10 and 10A is right swing limiter
Remote keeps kicking out and getting errors. Swapped whole remote and works fine. Going to get antenna extension from HBC to see if it will help signal strength.
Went to set up crane
Smoke coming out of hoist drive and trolley drive getting short circuit code
Unhooked output side of hoist and still tripping breaker. Bad Drive
Unhooked output side of trolley drive still getting error bad drive

Crane was oscillating when swinging to the left.
Only was happening when it was cold.
Changed out encoder.
Need snap ring pliers and lots of zip ties to do it. Took about 1.5 hours
Internally, H1 to Black on output cord and H10 to White on output cord. Green to ground and red goes to nothing.
Externally on output cord end, red is X, black is Y, white is W and green to ground
Igo T 85 where drives immediately shut down at start up. Left drive (hoist) shows TNF and right drive (trolley) shows USF, swap leads at generator (ie swap red/white or black/red). It is out of phase
