Warning alarm and beeper going off in cab.
Recalibrate length indicator and angle sensor according to PAT manual (found in mobile crane folder). Light would still go off at restart, but after any movements, light would go off. Scoped all the way out and then back in, and light has remained off.

Procedures from the manual for proper adjustment of the microswitch on the hoist brake
Generator was putting out 30-60 volts on singe phase setting and 110 on 3 phase setting. Door switch was out of adjustment. If the door switch is out of adjustment and not engaged the voltage will drop.
Customer was operating MDT crane with remote, but all functions were slow. Had the following icon on the display of the remote:
Crane was in P+ mode, which allows for greater capacity, but slows function. On the remote this is controlled with ” A-B ” switch.
In the cab this is controlled by the gray button on the top of the left joystick.
After replacing transformer and 50 amp twist locks to crane, need to make sure that 465 volt, single phase is present between L1 and L3 at crane. This can be checked at the main power switch (IG) and terminals Ar and AR
At start up, all drives go through self test but trolley immediately displays error message. Schneider Altivar 58
Error message not in manual. According to drive manual, in can be faulty communication with keypad or console, or sensor internal in drive checking for current supply has failed.
