Got a call from a customer in Jackson crane not hoisting up

When into teach and shunt and it still would not Hoist up kept kicking out the drive

Had to reset the CCS with Shunt Pass

Then had to go in and reset Load PIN

To do this

Go to Main Load Pin Hit enter twice on ok to get a check mark

Do the same with redundant

Then turn off Breaker Q133 for CCS

Turn back on and then go back to load pin and number will show up below hit enter twice and do the same on redundant load pin

Turn off Breaker Q133 for CCS

Turn back on and double check both load pins read zero and proceed with teach in progress

BAM MOTHER FUCKERS!

Earl also said that 6572 was one as well but have not verified it

Things to note

Code for activation is on a sticker on the left side of the panel

Make sure the Markers are on the numbers when you are validating the slew encoders

Also when going into the menu’s you need to go to option 1 so for example instead of the final menu being 6226 it will be 62216

You also may have to shut processer down once you enable to get encoders to show up, either shut down crane or turn off the Q130 circuit breaker

You will also have to set zero slew on the teach mode as well

Select target of Maintenence Position

Enter password 8528

Left selector switch must be in position 3

Trolley in and mast telescopes up

Validate and move dogs in and lower jib.

Once done you must select new target as if you where going to erect.

You also must RE teach crane

You must clear on the CCS

Push Twice on each fault to clear

Customer said crane would only swing to a certain point and Stop. Went out and check slew limiter and it looked good. Went into teach on remote and went to swing and re validated it and it worked fine after that
